My deepest hope is that this book serves as a spark for anyone who feels drawn to it—whether or not they choose to explore regression therapy themselves. The real purpose behind this project is to help people connect with the truth of who they are: eternal, multidimensional souls, with far more power and support than they may have ever imagined.
Many of my clients know this has been a long time coming: I’ve wanted to write a book for years—one that captures the incredible, often life-changing experiences I’ve shared with clients through regression therapy.
The seed was planted when I first read Journey of Souls by Michael Newton. I was so moved and intrigued that I signed up for his Life Between Lives Therapy® training almost immediately. That path soon led me to the work of Dolores Cannon, whose teachings opened up even more doors of possibility and understanding. Her work was equally captivating—and, for me, absolutely transformative.
We’re living in a time of accelerated change. More and more people are waking up to the truth that we are multidimensional beings, that this life is not all there is, and that our current challenges are deeply intertwined with choices we’ve made in past lives—and in the soul realms between them. It’s not always easy, but it is empowering to realize that even our adversaries often play sacred roles in our growth.
When you begin to remember your past lives and what happens between them, the fear of death begins to fall away. You start to see the bigger picture—that life, death, and rebirth are all part of a continuous soul journey. And knowing that we are always guided, always supported, makes it easier to walk through even the most uncertain times with a sense of peace.
Writing a book is no small task, and I’m beyond grateful for the incredible support I’ve received—especially from Daniel Scranton and Alicia Sjölin. Their encouragement and insights helped bring this vision to life.
